I spent all morning at the restaurant and I'm just finishing up a short break now, then heading back. My menu tonight is awesome I wish you could all come spend V.D. at my restaurant!

I am a lucky little fangirl and received not one but two gift fics today! The first is Sexetera, Ad infinitum (Percy/Harry, Percy/Various, NC-17) by Anonymous which is my Valensmut gift. It's a really creative take on Groundhog Day, a movie I love, in which Percy learns that routine isn't everything. It does have Snape and Draco in it, but I hear some of you like that sort of thing. Heh. But it has a bunch of awesome, cracktastic pairings and then a happy ending. The author obviously worked really hard on this piece, so go read!

And then! lionille wrote me the absolute loveliest Percy/Neville drabble with grumpy!Percy and determined!Neville that just made me grin all over. So go read that one, too!

My glasses fetish is officially OUT OF CONTROL. I believe freckles42 can attest to that. I am writing Percy/Neville fic for coffee_n_cocoa and I've just spent--no kidding--half an hour on the websites of various purveyors of spectacles before settling on a pair for Neville to wear in the fic. I think they might be a bit too stylish and was angsting over that, and then I realized that NO ONE WILL ACTUALLY SEE THEM. Somebody slap me.

coffee_n_cocoa recently posted a brilliant Percy/Neville fic contaning heaps of things I normally wouldn't like and yet she made me love them all. ♥ Nettled, NC-17. Go read it right now.

In non-Percy/Neville news, you should all go read Inflection by pre_raphaelite1 (?/Anthony Goldstein, NC-17). Yes, the kink chosen is rape/ravishment, but I'll tell you what: I don't read rapefic, and I betaed and am heartily recommending this one. It's...different.
