auntbijou, who requested Percy, thinking over why he hated Snape so much, and what he thought Snape did wrong as a teacher. And he can't understand why his sister and her husband would ever want to name an innocent baby after him! I kind of figure that Percy thinks he's caused enough trouble with letters and with the distancing himself from the family thing, so this is what he does when he can't quite say what he really wants to say.
